Precautions for installation and use

When replacing a new rotor, if it is matched with an old pad, the friction surface of the pad must be flattened first.
Before installing a new rotor, clean the surface of the rotor with detergent or scouring oil to avoid brake slippage or prolong the running-in period.
When the old rotor is removed, if the HUB has rust spots, it should be wiped clean with a cleaning oil such as WD-40 to avoid disc shaking due to uneven bonding surface caused by rust spots.
After the disc is installed, the "running-in" should be carried out first.That is, you should elevated your vehicle, then step on both the gas pedal and brake pedal.It should be ground at about 3500rpm for a contract of 3-10 minutes.Or take 10-50 kilometers per hour and lightly treaded on the road.
If there is no "running-in", rapid braking at high speed will cause a lot of white smoke, and there will be more scratches in the future, which will easily cause the rotor to deform.

This product is made of various alloys. When the metal is heated, using water or other rapid cooling methods, its carbon content will be changed. At this time, it will cause cracks or deformation and vibration.
When improper operation cause a slight jitter, please gently step on the brake to gradually eliminate the deformed part. After a period of time, it will be improved.
Although the rotor can be flat after turning(machining method), the lack of flatness in turning will result in insufficient braking force for 500 to 1000 kilometers. In addition to the material of the rotor, the scratches of the rotor will be caused by improper high temperature use. After passing through the muddy road or long-term storage, the rotor will get rusty spots. At this time, it needs to drive for a while, and the scratches will gradually disappear. When a foreign matter causes a deep scratch, the foreign matter should be removed first.

The rotor is a consumable parts. When using 1~3 sets of brake discs, it should be replaced immediately to ensure its material stability and braking strength.
